Michel Temer Trio

Michel Temer trio unites two of the most outstanding and outrageous improvisers of Rio´s scene with the great Brazilian traitor, responsible for the “softest” political coup in recent history, ex-president Michel Temer. Leading the group with his never before known virtuosity playing the drums and synthesizers, the trio builds a very unfamiliar mix of cathartic and aggressive improvisation, humor, low budget horror films and electronic textures.

Chinese Cookie Poets

Felipe Zenicola, Marcos Campello and Renato Godoy founded the trio in 2010, and after a few years Chinese Cookie Poets was known as the most intense and interesting group in the Brazilian improvised music field. After 7 albuns, two of which featured a forth element: one with guitar legend Bill Orcutt, other with amazing trumpet player Nicolau Lafetá, the band is now in pause, and nobody knows what´s next for the beloved poets.
