Biography

I am an experienced audio engineer, sound designer, composer, and musician born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For over 15 years, I have created sound and music for TV shows, films, and, more recently, video games. As an audio generalist, my expertise spans the full spectrum of audio post-production, with particular strength in sound design, music production, dialogue editing, and re-recording mixing.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of projects, from entertainment shows to experimental films, including drama, comedy, horror, documentary, and children’s programming. Several of these projects have been featured at major international film festivals such as Berlinale, the São Paulo International Film Festival, Festival do Rio, and have received nominations and awards, including a nomination for the Grammy Awards. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to adapt both technically and creatively to the specific storytelling and emotional demands of each project.

Alongside my work for media, I am an electric bass player and improviser. With over 20 albums released in collaboration with musicians from around the world, my artistic practice centers on free improvisation and exploratory approaches to music-making. This experimental perspective directly informs my work in sound design, where I maintain an innovative approach to texture, interaction, and narrative through sound.
